Tuscan Bread Salad

Ingredients
- 3 - cups cubed
Italian bread, toasted
- 2 - cups
washed torn arugula
- 1 - cup
chopped seeded tomato
- 1 - cup
chopped cucumber
- 1/2 - cup
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 - cup
Italian Dressing
Direction
- Toss bread
with arugula, tomato, cucumber and cheese in a
large salad bowl.
- Add dressing
just before serving and mix lightly.
