Blackberry Salad
with Avocado And Pecans

Ingredients
- 1 - package
(16-ounces) Fresh Frozen Blackberries,
defrosted and drained
- 1 - package
(6-ounces) Spring Mix or other variety
- 3 - stalks
Celery, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 - cups
pecans, toasted
- 1 - ripe
Avocado, seeded, peeled and cubed
- 1/3 - cup
prepared raspberry vinaigrette
- 3 - ounces
feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
- In a salad
bowl, combine greens, celery and pecans.
- Add
blackberries, avocado and vinaigrette dressing
just before serving.
- Toss to mix.
- Sprinkle with
feta cheese.
