Ingredients

  • 8 - cups torn romaine
  • 1 - cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 - cup chopped walnuts, toasted*
  • 1 - teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/4 - cup vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 1 - pear, cored, peeled and sliced
  • Crackers Keebler® Club® Original

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine romaine, cheese, walnuts and pepper.
  2. Toss with dressing.
  3. Add pears.
  4. Gently toss and serve with crackers.

To toast walnuts, spread evenly on baking sheet.  Bake at 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring once or twice.
