Ingredients
- 8 - cups torn
romaine
- 1 - cup
crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 - cup
chopped walnuts, toasted*
- 1 - teaspoon
coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/4 - cup
vinaigrette salad dressing
- 1 - pear,
cored, peeled and sliced
- Crackers

Directions
- In a large
bowl, combine romaine, cheese, walnuts and
pepper.
- Toss with
dressing.
- Add pears.
- Gently toss
and serve with crackers.

To toast walnuts, spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 to
10 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring once or twice.
