Ingredients
- 1/4 - cup
vegetable oil
- 2 -
Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 - teaspoon
sugar
- 1/4 - teaspoon
salt
- 1/8 - teaspoon
freshly ground pepper
- 3 - cups
3/4-inch pieces melon, (honeydew, cantaloupe,
watermelon)
- 2 - small
cucumbers, thinly sliced
- Assorted salad
greens
Directions
- Shake oil,
lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper in tightly
covered container.
- Toss with
melon and cucumbers.
- Cover and
refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than
8 hours.
- Drain salad
and Serve on salad greens.
