Prep Time: 15 min.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - cup walnut halves
  • 1 - cup Sour Cream
  • 1 - can (20-ounce) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
  • 2 - stalks (1 cup) celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 - medium (2/3 cup) banana, sliced
  • 1 - medium (1 cup) papaya, peeled, pitted, cubed
  • 1 - Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 - Tablespoon lemon juice
  • Toasted coconut, if desired

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, add walnut, sour cream, pineapple, celery, banana, papaya, sugar, and lemon juice. Gently toss.
  2. Sprinkle with toasted coconut and serve immediately.
