Cheddar Waldorf Salad

Makes 6 to 8 servings

Prep Time: 15 min.

Ingredients:

• 2 - large red delicious apples, cubed
• 2 - large golden delicious apples, cubed
• 1/2 - cup pecans, chopped
• 1/4 - cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
• 3 - Tablespoons sugar, divided
• 1/4 - cup fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed & chopped
• 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, you want to combine the apples and pecans.
2. Mix mayonnaise and 2-Tablspoons sugar.  Add mixture to apples and mix well.
3. Mix cranberries and 1-Tablespoon sugar.  Sprinkle over apple mixture.
4. Top with cheese and serve immediately.
