Green Goddess Dressing
Should make about 2 cups.
Ingredients

– tablespoons chopped chives
1
– clove garlic,
minced
1/4
- cup parsley, finely
chopped
1/2
- teaspoon celery
salt
1/2
- teaspoon salt
1
– teaspoon
sugar
2
– tablespoons anchovies,
chopped
2
– tablespoons tarragon
vinegar
1/4
- cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2
– tablespoons gin
1/2
- cup sour cream
1
– tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix chives, garlic,
parsley, celery salt, salt, and sugar.
- Using a blender, add the chive mixture, and
add in the anchovies, vinegar, mayonnaise, gin, sour cream, and lemon juice.
- Blend at high speed for about 1 minute.
Picnicking
& Tailgating
You can prepare ahead of time. Store in a glass
jar and keep lid tight. When ready to pack the ice chest, place jar
inside. When you are ready to fix the picnic or tailgate meal, just
open and pour on the salad.
