Grilled
Gourmet Sausage Salad

Ingredients
- 1 - pound link
sausage (your favorite flavor gourmet)
- 7 - ounces mixed
greens
- 1 - small
D'Anjou or Bosc Pear thinly sliced
- 3 - Tablespoon
Gorgonzola Cheese
- 3 - Tablespoon
toasted pecans
- 3 - Tablespoon
balsamic and olive oil vinaigrette
- 3 - Tablespoon
fresh raspberries
Directions
Preheat grill to
medium-hot fire according to manufacturer’s
directions.
- Place sausage on
grill and grill for about 5 minutes or until
browned.
- Remove from heat
and allow to rest for 2 minutes. Diagonally
slice into 1/4-inch slices.
- In a large bowl,
lay in mixed greens, pear, cheese, pecans,
vinaigrette. Toss.
- Top with
raspberries and serve.
