Pasta Salad Roma

Ingredients
- 4 - cups (8-ounces) dried pasta shells
- 1 - can (14.5-ounces) Stewed Tomatoes ,
undrained
- 1 - jar (6-ounces.) marinated artichoke
hearts , undrained
- 1/2 - cup pitted ripe olives
- 1/4 - cup green onions , sliced
- 2 - Tablespoon chopped fresh basil or
2 teaspoons dried basil, crushed
- 2 - Tablespoons chopped fresh oregano or
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 2 - Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 - Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 - teaspoon salt
- 1/4 - teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions
and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta with
tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, onions,
basil, oregano, cheese, vinegar, salt, and red
pepper flakes.
- Toss to coat well.
- Chill 2 hours before serving.
