Tri-Color Rotini Pasta & Turkey Salad
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Ingredients

– cups tri-color rotini pasta, uncooked
1
- small zucchini, sliced
2
– small tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2
- cup yellow bell
pepper, chopped
1/2
- cup red bell
pepper, chopped
1/2
- cup green bell
pepper, chopped
1
– can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
2
– cups cooked turkey breast, cubed
1/3
– cup
fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
1/2
- cup feta
cheese, large crumbles
3/4
- cup Italian style salad dressing
Directions

Follow pasta
package cooking directions and drain.

In
a large salad bowl, mix the zucchini, tomatoes, bell peppers, and olives,
turkey, basil and cheese.

Pour
salad dressing over salad and toss.

Place
in refrigerator and chill for 2 hours.
Picnicking
& Tailgating
Place the chilled salad in a plastic contain and place
in your ice chest for storage until getting to the picnic.
