Mahantongo Tomato Salad
Makes 4 servings

• 4 – large tomatoes, cut into chunks

• 1/2 - cup vinegar

• 1/4 - cup water

• 1 – tablespoon sugar

• 1 – tablespoon onions, minced

• 1/4 - teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1. In a bowl, add the tomatoes.
2. In another bowl, combine the vinegar and water and stir.
3. Add in the sugar and stir to dissolve.
4. Mix in the onions.
5. Pour mixture over the tomatoes.
6. Sprinkle with ground pepper and serve.

Picnicking & Tailgating:

Place the  salad in a plastic contain and place in your ice chest for storage until getting to the picnic.
