Caesar Salad Tacos

Ingredients
- 10 - ounces
romaine lettuce, torn
- 2 - cups
shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 - avocado,
pitted, peeled and diced
- 1 - can
(4-ounces) Diced Green Chiles
- 1/2 - cup
canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 - cup
frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 1/3 - cup
Caesar salad dressing
- 1/4 - cup
Thick & Smooth Taco Sauce - Medium
- 12 - Taco
Shells, warmed
- 2 - cups diced
tomato
Ingredients
- In a large
bowl, add lettuce, 1 cup of the cheese,
avocado, chiles, beans and corn. Lightly mix.
- In a small
bowl, combine dressing and taco sauce in a
small bowl.
- Mix well.
- Pour over
lettuce mixture and toss well to coat.
- Fill each taco
shell with salad mixture and top with
remaining cheese and tomatoes.
