- 2 - teaspoons
finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1/2 - teaspoon

Ingredients
- 1 - bag
(10-ounce) (6 cups) mixed salad greens
- 16 - cherry
tomatoes
- 8 - peeled cucumber
slices (1/2-inch), quartered
- 1 - cup frozen
green peas, cooked, drained
- 1/2 - cup red
onion rings, separated
- 2 - ounces
(1/2 cup) crumbled blue cheese
- Freshly
ground black pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl,
mix sour cream, milk, garlic and salt with
wire whisk. Mix well.
- Cover and
refrigerate until serving time.
- To prepare your
salad, divide greens among four plates.
- Top each with
tomatoes, cucumbers, peas and onions; sprinkle
with blue cheese.
- Drizzle each
serving with 3-Tablespoons dressing and
sprinkle with pepper.
