Turtle Bay Papaya Salad

Ingredients Directions
  1. You want to peel the papaya and remove all seeds.  
  2. Using a grater, grate the papaya pulp.  Now, you want to peel the cucumber and remove all seeds.  
  3. Also, grate the cucumber.  Repeat the peeling step with your carrots and grate.
  4. In a medium-mixing bowl, you want to combine the papaya, cucumber, and carrots.  
  5. Now add your garlic, cilantro, sugar, limejuice, salt, and pepper.  
  6. Put in refrigerator, chill and serve.

Picnicking & Tailgating

To take picnicking or tailgating, you should place chilled salad in plastic bowl and seal.  Set in your ice chest and keep chilled until ready to eat.
