Ingredients
- 2 - medium
tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 - large
cucumber, chopped (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 - cup
coarsely chopped green peppers
- 1/2 - cup
thinly sliced red onions
- 1/2 - cup
Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 - cup
Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/2 - teaspoon
grated lemon peel
Directions
- Into a large
bowl, add tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, onions,
cheese, dressing, and lemon peel.
- Serve
immediately or cover and refrigerate
until ready to serve.
