New England Coleslaw
Makes 8 Servings

Ingredients

1 - small head cabbage, shredded fine

1/2 - cup heavy cream, whipped

1/2 - cup sugar

1/2 - cup vinegar

1/2 - teaspoon salt

1/2 - teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • Beat sugar into shipped cream, then beat in vinegar.  

  • Pour over shredded cabbage.  

  • Season with salt and pepper and stir well.  

  • Chill until ready to serve.
