Margarita Dip
Makes 10 servings.

1 - can (10 ounces) Ro*Tel® Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles, drained, divided
by 4
1 - can (16 ounces) traditional refried beans, divided by 4
2 - cup prepared guacamole, divided by 4
1 - cup Cheddar cheese, shredded & divided by 4
1/4 - cup sliced green onions, divided by 4
1/4 - cup sour cream, divided by 4
2 - Tablespoon sliced ripe olives, divided by 4
Tortilla chips

Reserve 1/2 cup-drained tomatoes.

Next, you
want to combine the remaining tomatoes into the refried beans.
- Portion beans
equally into four 8 to 9-ounces margarita glasses.

Press them into the bottom
of each glass, spreading up the sides of the glass.
- Top the bean layer in each glass with layers of the following
ingredients: 1/2 cup guacamole, 1/4 cup cheese, 2 tablespoons remaining
tomatoes, 1 tablespoon green onions, 1 tablespoon sour cream, and 1/2
tablespoon olives.
- Place one tortilla chip at edge of each glass.
- Serve with additional
tortilla chips.
