Guacamole

Makes 2 to 2-1/2 - cups
Ingredients
1
- can (11-ounces) Tomatillo, drained
1/2
- cup white onion,
diced
2
-
garlic cloves, minced
2
or 3 - green
chiles, minced with seeds
1/4
- cup cilantro,
chopped
2
-
tablespoons sugar
1/2
-
teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a mixing
bowl, combine
the Tomatillo, garlic, chiles, cilantro, sugar, and salt.
- Cover with plastic wrap in place in refrigerator 1 hour to blend
flavor.
- Remove from
refrigerator and pour into a serving bowl.
Picnicking &
Tailgating
You want to place salsa in a plastic container and keep in ice
chest. At the picnic or
tailgate site, pour and allow everyone to dip with chips.
