Wailea Mango
Cranberry Relish

Ingredients

- cups Mango or Papaya, chopped

- cup Fresh Cranberries

- cup orange juice

- cup cider vinegar

- cup onion, finely chopped

- Tablespoon packed brown sugar

- teaspoon ground ginger

- teaspoon ground cinnamon

- cup Chopped Dates
Directions

Combine mango,
cranberries, juice, vinegar, onion, sugar, ginger and cinnamon
in medium saucepan.

Bring to a
boil.

Reduce heat to low
and cook 10 minutes. You want to stir occasionally.

Stir in dates;
cook 10 minutes more or until slightly thickened.

Serve warm or at
room temperature with roasted turkey, chicken or baked ham.
