Basil Salsa

Chill time: 1 hr.
Ingredients:
- 2 - plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 - cucumbers peeled, seeded and diced
- 2 - Tablespoon green onion, chopped
- 1/2 - cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 - lemon zested
- 2 - Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 - Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 - teaspoon garlic minced
- 1/4 - teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In medium bowl combine tomato, cucumber,
green onion, basil, zest, lemon juice, oil, garlic and pepper.
- Cover and allow to stand 1 hour.
