Black Bean and Avocado Salsa
Serve this Southwestern salsa as an
appetizer with tortilla chips or as a side dish to a Mexican meal.
Makes 32 (2-tablespoon) servings

Ingredients:

1 can (15 ounces)
black beans,
rinsed and drained

2 medium
oranges, peeled, sectioned and cut into chunks

1 medium ripe
avocado, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped

1 teaspoon
Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper Seasoning
Blend

2 to 3 Tablespoons
orange juice

1/2 teaspoon
ground
cumin
Salsa Recipe Directions:
1) In a medium bowl, mix black beans, oranges,
avocado, seasoning blend, orange juice, and cumin
until well coated.
2) Refrigerate at least 1 hour or
until ready to serve.
