Ingredients
2 - medium Jalapeno chilies
2 - Serrano chiles
6 - medium tomatoes, diced
6 - green onions with tops, finely chopped
1 - cup water
1 - medium onion, minced
1/2 - cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 - Tablespoon crushed hot chiles
1 - teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 - teaspoon salt
Directions
- For this recipe, I find it best to wear
rubber gloves to mince, using my knife, the Jalapenos and
Serrano chiles.
- In my large mixing bowl, I add the tomatoes,
onions, water, cilantro, hot chiles, vinegar, and salt.
- Mix.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hours.
- Serve with nachos.
