Pineapple Salsa
Makes 16 (2-tablespoon) servings
Serve this pineapple salsa as a dip
with tortilla chips. It as also great served as a condiment with
grilled meats and chicken.

Refrigerate: 30 minutes
Ingredients

1 - package McCormick® Salsa
Seasoning Mix

2 - ripe tomatoes, chopped
(about 2 cups)

1 to 2 - Tablespoons chopped
fresh cilantro (optional)

1 - can (8 ounces) crushed
pineapple, drained
Direction

Stir Seasoning Mix, tomatoes,
cilantro and pineapple in medium bowl until well blended. Cover.

Refrigerate 30 minutes to allow
flavors to blend. Stir before serving.

Serve as a dip with tortilla
chips.
