Makes 2-1/4 cups

Ingredients

2 - shallots, chopped

2 - cups sour cream

1/2 - teaspoon salt

1 - teaspoon parsley

1 - teaspoon dill

Directions

  • Into a blender, add the shallots, cover and chop for 3 seconds. 
  • Next, add in the sour cream, salt, and parsley and using the stir speed for 10 seconds and increase speed to Mix for 20 seconds.
  • Pour into a bowl, wrap with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator.  
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving. 
  • Great with Rye Bread.  Or, use your favorite chips.

Picnicking & Tailgating:

Pour into a plastic container and close lid.  Place in ice chest until you reach your picnic or tailgate location.  Just pour into a paper or plastic bowl and enjoy.
