Guacamole
Ingredients

– ripe
avocados, peeled and pitted

tomatoes, peeled and seeded

onion, finely chopped

chili
peppers, finely chopped

garlic clove,
crushed

tablespoon lemon
juice

teaspoon salt

- coarsely ground
pepper

cup mayonnaise
or
salad dressing
Directions
- In a blender,
add all ingredients, except mayonnaise or salad dressing.
- Blend until smooth.
- Then add the mayonnaise or salad
dressing and mix until smooth.
- Place in a container and cover.
- Chill in refrigerator until ready to
serve.
Picnicking
& Tailgating
Just take jar from
refrigerator and place in ice chest. At the picnic or tailgate site,
just pour into a paper or plastic bowl and serve.
