Ingredients
- 2 - packages
Refrigerated Fully Cooked Seasoned Steak Strips
- or 2-1/2 - cups
Seasoned Beef Strips (Boxed)
- 1/2 - cup bottled
barbecue sauce
- 4 - Tablespoons green
chiles, chopped, canned
- 4 - sandwich buns,
split and toasted
- 4 - slices Monterey
Jack cheese
Directions
- In a small saucepan
over low heat, add steak strips, barbecue sauce and
chilies.
- Cook and stir until
thoroughly heated, about 10 minutes.
- Spoon meat and sauce
onto toasted buns.
- Top with cheese.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
