Ingredients
- 1/3 - cup mayonnaise
- 2 - Tablespoon Creole mustard
- 2-3 - drops hot pepper
sauce, to taste
- 4 - beef fully cooked
country fried steak patties
- 4 - Kaiser rolls, onion
rolls or hamburger buns
- 4 - slices Muenster cheese
- Red or green leaf lettuce
leaves
- 1/4 - medium red or sweet
onion, thinly sliced
- 1 - large ripe tomato,
thinly sliced
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix
mayonnaise, Creole mustard and hot pepper sauce together.
Set aside.
- Microwave steaks
according to package directions.
- While steaks cook, split
rolls and spread Creole mayonnaise mixture over insides of
rolls.
- Place one steak inside each roll and top with
cheese, lettuce leaves, onion and sliced tomato.
