Beef & Cheese Croissant
Makes 4 Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 4 - croissants, cut in
half lengthwise
- 1/4 - cup horseradish
sauce
- 4 - lettuce leaves
- 8 - slices (1-ounce)
deli roast beef
- 8 - slices (1-ounce)
American Cheese
- 1 - slice (1/4-inch) red
onion, separated into 12 rings
Directions
- Spread each half of
croissant with 1-1/2 teaspoons horseradish sauce.
- To make sandwiches,
layer bottom half of each croissant with 1 lettuce
leaf, 2 slices roast beef, 2 slices cheese, 3 onion
rings and top half of croissant.
- Secure with toothpick.
