Roast Beef, Brie, and Lettuce Baguette

Ingredients

  • 4 - Tablespoon Creamy Dijon Mustard
  • 4 piece (4-in.) French baguette or bastone, split
  • 8 thin slices deli roast beef (about 2 oz. each)
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced Brie cheese
  • 8 Boston lettuce leaves
  • 4 slice red onion

Directions

  1. Evenly spread 1 Tablespoon Creamy Dijon Mustard on bread. Top with 2 slices roast beef, 2 ounces Brie, 2 lettuce leaves and 1 slice red onion.
  2. Cut and serve.
