Barbecue Beef Sandwich

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 - pound cooked beef

  • 3/4 - cup barbecue sauce

  • 1/2 - cup coleslaw

  •    4 - Hamburger rolls, toasted and buttered

Directions:

  1. Slice or pull meat.  Combine the meat and sauce in a saucepan. 

  2. Simmer uncovered over low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the meat has absorbed some of the flavor of the sauce and the liquid has reduced and thickened slightly.

  3. Place a quarter of the meat mixture on the bottom half of the roll and top with coleslaw.  Close the sandwich and serve.
