Beef Taco Wraps Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1/2  cup black bean dip

  • 3/4  pound deli roast beef thinly sliced

  •    4  large (about 10-inch diameter) flour tortillas

  •    1  cup thinly sliced lettuce

  • 3/4  cup chopped tomato

  •    1  cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

  •        Salsa

Directions

  1. Over one side of each tortilla, spread evenly the black bean dip.  Layer deli roast beef over bean dip, leaving about a 1/2-inch border around edges.

  2. Sprinkle equal amounts of lettuce, tomato and cheese over each tortilla.  Fold right and left sides to center, overlapping edges.

  3. Fold bottom edge of tortilla up over filling and roll closed.  Cut each roll in half.   Serve with salsa.
