Guacamole Beef
Pita
Makes 4 sandwiches

Start to Finish: 15 min.
Ingredients
- 3 - Tablespoons sour
cream
- 1 - Tablespoon Old El
PasoŽ Thick 'n Chunky salsa
- 1/2 - cup guacamole
- 4 - pita fold breads
(6 inches in diameter)*
- 2 - cups shredded
lettuce
- 1 - medium tomato,
chopped (3/4 cup)
- 6 - ounces thinly
sliced cooked roast beef
- 3/4 - cup shredded
Cheddar cheese (3 ounces)
Directions
- In small bowl, mix
sour cream and salsa.
- Spread guacamole over
pita fold breads.
- Top with lettuce,
tomato and beef.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
Top with salsa mixture.
* Soften pita fold breads
in the microwave for about 10 seconds to make it easier to
fold them.
