Southwestern Burger

Ingredients

• 2 - pounds lean ground beef
• 1 - package (1.25-ounces) Taco Seasoning Mix - Regular
• 1/2 - cup 4 cheese Mexican blend, divided
• 8 - hamburger buns
• Garnish suggestion: Salsa Prima

Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix beef and seasoning mix .
2. Shape into 8 balls.
3. Make a well in center of each and place 2 tablespoons cheese in each well.
4. Enclose the well and flatted into patties.
5. Grill or broil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center.
6. Serve on buns with salsa.
