Nacho Burgers
Makes
6 sandwiches

Ingredients:

1-1/2 pounds ground beef
-
1
can condensed Fiesta Nacho
Cheese soup

1/3 cup Chunky Salsa
-
6
flour tortillas (6-inch)
-
Sour cream
-
sliced pitted ripe olives
Directions:
-
Shape beef into 6 patties,
1/2-inch thick.
-
In a medium skillet over
medium-high heat, cook patties in 2 batches until
browned. Set aside. Pour off fat.

Add soup and salsa. Heat to a
boil.
-
Return patties to pan. Reduce
heat to low.
-
Cover and cook 10 min. or until
patties are no longer pink (160°F.).
-
Cut patties in half and place
side by side in tortilla and roll up.
-
Top with sour cream and olives.
