Circle E Ranch Burgers
Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients

2 - teaspoons sweet paprika
-
2 - teaspoon dried thyme
-
1-1/2 - teaspoons salt
-
1 - teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 - teaspoon onion powder
-
1/2 - teaspoon ground black pepper
-
1/2 - teaspoon ground red pepper
-
1/2 - teaspoon ground white pepper
-
1 - pound lean ground beef
-
4 - hamburger buns, split
-
1/4 - cup ranch-style salad dressing
-
2 - tablespoons canned French-fried onions
-
4 - tomato slices
-
4 - lettuce leaves
Directions

In a small bowl, add the paprika, thyme, salt, garlic
powder, onion powder and ground peppers and mix.

Store in
airtight container.

Shake before using. Lightly shape
ground beef into 4 (3/4-inch) thick patties.

Press 1
teaspoon Ranch Rub onto each patty.

Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
-
Place
patties in skillet and cook 12 to 15 minutes.

Turning
once, for medium doneness (internal temp 160°F) or until
meat is no longer pink in center.

Serve in buns with ranch
dressing, French-fried onions, lettuce and tomato.
