Circle E Ranch Burgers
Sandwich Recipes from AlansKitchen.com Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

  • 2 - teaspoons sweet paprika

  • 2 - teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1-1/2 - teaspoons salt

  • 1 - teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 - teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 - teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 - teaspoon ground red pepper

  • 1/2 - teaspoon ground white pepper

  • 1 - pound lean ground beef

  • 4 - hamburger buns, split

  • 1/4 - cup ranch-style salad dressing

  • 2 - tablespoons canned French-fried onions

  • 4 - tomato slices

  • 4 - lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, add the paprika, thyme, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and ground peppers and mix. 

  2. Store in airtight container. 

  3. Shake before using. Lightly shape ground beef into 4 (3/4-inch) thick patties. 

  4. Press 1 teaspoon Ranch Rub onto each patty.

  5. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. 

  6. Place patties in skillet and cook 12 to 15 minutes. 

  7. Turning once, for medium doneness (internal temp 160°F) or until meat is no longer pink in center. 

  8. Serve in buns with ranch dressing, French-fried onions, lettuce and tomato.
