Ingredients
- 1/2 - cup (2 ounces)
shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 - cup (2 ounces)
shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 - cup chopped cooked
ham (about 6 ounces)
- 1/4 - cup chopped
green or red bell pepper
- 1/2 - teaspoon dried
basil leaves
- 1 - can (13.8-ounces)
Refrigerated Pizza Crust
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F.
Grease cookie sheet.
- In medium bowl,
combine all ingredients except pizza crust; mix well.
- Unroll dough; place on
greased cookie sheet.
- Starting at center,
press out dough with hands to 14x8-inch rectangle.
- Cut into four 7x4-inch
rectangles; separate slightly.
- Spoon about 1/2 cup
ham and cheese mixture onto half of each rectangle;
fold dough over filling.
- Press edges with fork
to seal; prick tops with fork.
- Bake at 425°F. for 11
to 16 minutes or until golden brown.
