Harvest Chicken Salad

Makes 4 sandwiches
Prep Time: 15 Min.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 - cups cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
• 1/3 - cup thinly sliced celery
• 1/3 - cup cut-up apples or grapes
• 8 - slices bread (your choice)

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, chicken, celery, and grapes.
2. Serve on your favorite bread or in lettuce cups.
