Rotisserie Pulled Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup finely sliced celery
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 4 potato buns or soft hamburger buns
- 4 slices Deli Style Sliced Chipotle Cheddar or
Pepper Jack Cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise,
barbecue sauce, celery and carrots.
- Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper.
- Spoon chicken salad onto rolls, then top with cheese
and lettuce.
