Tarragon Chicken Salad Pitas

6 servings, 2 filled pita halves each
Prep Time: 15 min.
Chilling Time: 4 hrs.
Ingredients:
- 1 - lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked,
chopped
- 1 - cup seedless red grapes
- 1/3 - cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 1 - teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- 6 - whole wheat pita breads, halved
- 12 - small lettuce leaves
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, grapes, dressing
and tarragon. Cover.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
- To make sandwiches: line pita breads with lettuce
and fill with chicken salad.
