Curried
Chicken Salad Pita

Ingredients
- 3/4 - cup mayonnaise

2 - tablespoons mango chutney

1 - tablespoon cider vinegar

1 - tablespoon curry powder
-
6 - small pita breads

Mixed salad greens
Directions
- In food processor or blender,
process mayonnaise, chutney, vinegar and curry until
smooth.
- In small bowl, gently toss with
chicken.
- Serve in pita bread with
greens.
Picnicking or
Tailgating
You
want to wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap, place in a plastic container
and keep in ice chest. At the
picnic or tailgate site, take out of ice chest just before serving.
