Hot Chicken Salad Sandwich

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

• 1 - cup chopped cooked chicken

• 1/4 - pound pasteurized prepared cheese, cut up

• 1/2 - cup celery, sliced

• 1/4 - cup salad dressing

• 6 - hamburger buns, split

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, add the chicken, prepared cheese product, celery and salad dressing. 

2. Stuff buns with chicken mixture. 

3. Wrap in aluminum foil.

4. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and serve.

Picnicking or Tailgating

Place wrapped sandwiches in thermal container to keep warm.  At picnic or tailgate site, remove from aluminum foil and serve.
