Jalapeno
Chicken Salad Wrap

Ingredients
- 1/2 - cup mayonnaise

1/2 - cup chopped cilantro

2 - teaspoon lime juice

4 - (8-inch) flour tortillas

4 - grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast halves,
sliced (about 1/2 pound) or 1 package (10 ounces)
precooked sliced chicken

2 - avocado, peeled and sliced

24 - jarred jalapeno pepper slices

Shredded lettuce
Directions
- In small bowl, add mayonnaise,
cilantro and lime juice.
- Mix.
- Spread mixture on tortillas,
and then top with chicken, avocado, jalapeno and
lettuce.
- Roll up and enjoy.
You
want to wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap, place in a plastic container
and keep in ice chest. At the
picnic or tailgate site, take out of ice chest just before serving.
