Louisiana Chicken Salad Sandwich
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

• 3/4 - cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
• 1/2 - teaspoon Jalapeņo pepper sauce
• 1/2 - teaspoon dried thyme leaves
• 1/4 - teaspoon black pepper
• 2-1/2 - cups chopped leftover fried chicken

• 1/2 - cup chopped celery

• 1/2 - cup chopped green pepper

• 1/2 - cup chopped tomato

• 4 - Kaiser rolls or onion rolls, split

• Lettuce leaves

Directions

1. In a large mixing bowl, add salad dressing, pepper sauce, thyme and black pepper.

2. Add chicken, celery, green pepper and tomato; toss lightly.

3. Fill rolls with lettuce and chicken mixture.
