Ingredients
- 3 - Tablespoons vegetable oil
spread or margarine, divided
- 1/2 - cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 - cup chopped red or green
peppers
- 1/2 - teaspoon dried oregano
leaves
- 8 - slices white bread
- 8 - Kraft 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar

- Melt 1 tsp. of the vegetable oil
spread in small skillet on medium heat.
- Add vegetables and oregano; stir
to coat.
- Cook 2 min. or until vegetables
are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Top each of four of the bread
slices with two 2% Milk Singles and 1/4 cup of the vegetable
mixture.
- Cover with remaining bread
slices.
- Spread outsides of sandwiches
with remaining vegetable oil spread.
- Cook in skillet on medium heat
for 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
