Ingredients

  • 3 - Tablespoons vegetable oil spread or margarine, divided
  • 1/2 - cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 - cup chopped red or green peppers
  • 1/2 - teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 8 - slices white bread
  • 8 - Kraft 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles

Direction

  1. Melt 1 tsp. of the vegetable oil spread in small skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add vegetables and oregano; stir to coat.
  3. Cook 2 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Top each of four of the bread slices with two 2% Milk Singles and 1/4 cup of the vegetable mixture.
  5. Cover with remaining bread slices.
  6. Spread outsides of sandwiches with remaining vegetable oil spread.
  7. Cook in skillet on medium heat for 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
