Vegetable & Cheese Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 - whole wheat or other
flavored bagels, cut in half
- 1/2 - cup herb-flavored cream
cheese
- 4 - slices (3/4-ounce each)
Cheddar Cheese
- 1 - cup alfalfa sprouts
- 4 - slices (1/4-inch) tomato
- 16 - slices (1/8-inch) cucumber
- 4 - slices (1/8-inch) red onion
Directions
- To make each bagel sandwich, you
want to spread 1 bagel half with 2 tablespoons cream cheese, 1
slice cheese, 1 slice tomato, 4 slices cucumber, 1 slice red
onion and 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts.
- Top with remaining bagel half.
