Ingredients
8 - slices Ready to Serve Bacon
8 - slices French bread
4 - teaspoons Dijon honey mustard
4 - slice (1 ounces) Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 - of a medium pear, thinly sliced
4 - Tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
Directions
- Heat bacon as directed on package.
- Spread bread slices with mustard.
- Top 1 of the bread slices
with cheese, pears and bacon.
- Cover with remaining bread slice.
- Spread outside of sandwich with softened butter.
- In skillet
on medium heat, cook for 3 minutes on each side or until golden
brown on both sides.
