Ingredients

8 - ounces Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 4 thick slices
4 - sandwich rolls (about 3 ounces each), split
1 - jar (12 ounces) roasted red peppers, drained
1 - large tomato, cut into 4 slices
12 - fresh basil leaves
1/2 - cup Italian Dressing

Directions

  • Place 1 cheese slice on bottom half of each roll; top evenly with peppers, tomatoes and basil.
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoon of the dressing over each sandwich. 
  • Cover with tops of rolls.
