Cranberry Cheddar Sandwich

Ingredients

• 8 - slices sliced French Bread, toasted

• 4 - teaspoons butter

• 4 - slices canned whole cranberry sauce

• 4 - slices sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions

1. Butter the 4 slices of bread. On the remaining 4 slices, spread the cranberry sauce on only one side.  

2. Layer the cheese on the cranberry sauce.

3. Place the cranberry-cheddar side up on a pan and place under broiler.  

4. Broil for 3 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.

5. Place the buttered bread on top of the cranberry-cheddar, butter side down.
