Mom’s Fat Free Hero
Makes 8 servings, one slice each

Ingredients
- 1/2 - cup Fat Free Mayonnaise
Dressing
- 1/4 - cup Italian Fat Free
Dressing
- 3 - cups shredded lettuce
- 1 - loaf French bread (1 lb.),
cut in half lengthwise
- 1 - package (8-ounces) Fat Free
Bologna
- 1 - package (6-ounces) Thin
Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 2 - tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 6 - Fat Free Singles
- 1 - green pepper, thinly sliced
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix
dressings.
- Toss lettuce with 1/4 cup of
the dressing mixture and set aside.
- Brush cut sides of bread with
remaining dressing mixture.
- Cover bottom half of bread
with lettuce mixture and top with meat, tomatoes, Singles
and peppers.
- Cover with top of loaf.
- Cut crosswise into eight
slices to serve.
Alan’s Kitchen Tip:
How to Easily Shred Lettuce : Stack several washed and
dried lettuce leaves on top of one another; roll up tightly,
starting from one long end. Cut crosswise into thin strips with
sharp knife.
