Reuben English Muffin Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 - Thomas’ Original (or your choice) English Muffins, split and toasted
  • 1 - pound sliced cooked corned beef
  • 2 - cups sauerkraut, well drained
  • 1/2 - cup Russian dressing
  • 8 - slices Swiss cheese, halved

Directions

  1. Top each muffin half with corned beef, sauerkraut, dressing and cheese.
  2. Broil 6 inches from heat 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
